About the role
Own pattern development for two collections a year, from first pattern through grading and fit corrections.
Responsibilities
- Draft first patterns from designer sketches
- Grade across the size range
- Run fit sessions and correct patterns
- Maintain the block library
Requirements
- 5+ years pattern making
- CAD experience (Gerber, Optitex or similar)
- Strong fit judgement on womenswear
