About the role

Run the floor: plan daily output, balance the line, manage 45 operators and hold quality to spec.

Responsibilities

• Plan and balance daily production
• Manage operators and reduce downtime
• Own in-line and final QC standards
• Report output and defects weekly

Requirements

• 5+ years supervising a garment line
• Understanding of SAM and line balancing
• Strong people management
